5. AI and Data Use

• Our Services may utilize AI models, webhooks, and third-party integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Make.com, Zapier, Shopify, GoHighLevel).

• You retain ownership of your input data, while granting us a license to process, store, and analyze such data as needed to provide the Services.

• We are not liable for inaccuracies or biases in AI-generated outputs. Users are responsible for validating results before relying on them for critical decisions.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

• Certain features may require paid subscriptions or usage-based fees.

• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

• We may suspend or terminate access if payment obligations are not met.

7. Third-Party Services

• Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, except where prohibited by law.
