• All subscription fees, setup fees, and one-time service charges are non-refundable once payment is processed, except as otherwise provided in this policy or required by applicable law.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. Subscription Services
• Monthly/Annual Plans: Once billed, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Automatic Renewals: It is your responsibility to cancel a subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Refunds will not be issued for renewal charges.
3. Demo and Free Trials
• We encourage all clients to take advantage of our trial options before committing to a paid plan. These allow you to evaluate our platform and services prior to payment.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
• You were mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service.
• A critical service issue on our side prevented you from accessing the platform entirely, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.
5. Customized Services / Integrations
For custom automation, integrations, or consulting projects:
• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as resources and expertise are allocated specifically to your project.
• If cancellation occurs before work has started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
6. Third-Party Services
IntegronAI may integrate with external platforms. Payments made directly to third-party services are governed by their respective refund policies, and we do not control or guarantee those refunds.
